Sore Losers: Administration Retaliating Against Alabama for Winning Lawsuit

Last month the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals handed the Obama administration a defeat, when it ruled that nearly all of Alabama’s immigration enforcement law could go into effect. Rather than graciously accept the court’s decision (in a lawsuit the administration itself initiated), the administration is using the Department of Justice (DOJ) to retaliate against Alabama.

In an op-ed published on the Townhall website, FAIR exposes the tactics that DOJ is using to prevent Alabama and other states from enforcing immigration laws the administration does not want enforced.
