True Immigration Reform Must be Rational, Affordable, and Manageable

Immigration reform appears to be near the top of the congressional to-do list in 2013. In a column published on the Townhall.com opinion site, I point out why many of the “reforms” likely to be considered will make matters worse and offer some ideas about the sort of reforms that would make immigration policy, once again, work for the American people.
