Beyond The Spin: Obama is Not The ‘Deporter-in-Chief’

At a time when the media tout President Obama as the “deporter-in-chief,” how can it be that organizations like FAIR complain he’s the same chief executive that’s been dismantling most of our interior immigration enforcement methods and programs?

The answer can be found in several recent investigative reports here, here, and here that conclusively demonstrate two things:

1) The Administration gamed the numbers to inflate “deportations” for political reasons.
2) The numbers of actual deportations are in fact plummeting.

The Administration is now sending signals that it will further illegally abandon enforcement of residency and immigration rules in advance of the 2014 elections. The leaks seem to suggest the Administration will stop enforcing laws against aliens who have repeatedly thumbed their noses at our immigration system – aliens who have re-entered after deportation, failed to attend court hearings or failed to respect a court order to depart the country. Other rumors suggest the DHS will just stop enforcing immigration laws with respect to parents of U.S. citizens and parents of “DACA” recipients.

The media are reporting that somehow this rampant lapse in governmental responsibility still won’t satisfy the unreasoning demands of the Administration’s base; a base that just wants all immigration laws suspended, as if that wasn’t an extreme position.

If Jeh Johnson, head of DHS, further restrains the operations of his agency in carrying out the law of this land, Congress must respond and re-assert its role in setting immigration rules that are enforced! Anything less is a betrayal of American sovereignty and the American people.

All a person has to do to see just how far things have progressed take a look at the labels on any item in a store that you pick up has the directions in both English and Spanish. Of all of the different languages spoken now in the US why is Spanish the only one on the item? Because the corporations that now run the US figure they will have a huge population of Spanish speakers to cater too in the near future.

Obama doesn’t support deportation for his own safety. His Aunt and Uncle should have been deported long ago and I’m still not convinced he is legally here.

For the people that are for amnesty, you need to go visit Mexico and ask yourselves if this is the way you want your children and grandchildren to live. Do you want the drug lord living in your neighborhood? This government is already picking and choosing the laws the want to enforce so do not live under the misconception that these Mexican drug cartels won’t ever be your next door neighbor. Ask yourself how much more you can pay in taxes to support people who have proven they are not above having as many children as possible while living on assistance. Who come here for a better life while insulting our way.Who are offend by our flag and are unwilling to even learn the language. If they really want a better life let them come here legally learn our language learn to support themselves and learn to respect the flag that OUR service men died for. If you can’t do this go back to whatever country you came from and change that one for the better.

The LA Times recently posted an article that shows that the Obama administration, the Illegal Alien lobby, and the major media outlets have been in collusion to depict the “high” deportation numbers. The exact opposite is true since the beginning of the current President’s policy. Interior deportation has and will be lower than 1973 rates. This is leading towards more people overstaying their visas and currently, more Illegal Alien minors crossing the border. Obama has just recently instructed border patrol to not turn back those Illegal Aliens on record as having entered illegally as priors, but to let them pass IF they don’t have a major criminal record. After the first Illegal Entry, it is a felony each time thereafter.

Amazingly, there is a large growing number of brainless Democrats in the House of Representatives who are calling for the abolition of immigration laws that require the deportation of unauthorized aliens. Led by Democrat Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, these Democrats want either legislative action by Congress….. or more ominously, they support so called ‘administrative action’ by President Obama through edicts and decrees, that would effectively end deportations. But, how different is this preposterous nation-wrecking position by these Democrat House members from the position of Speaker Boehner and his House Republican leadership team? The key point is that both Democrat and Republican Congressional leaders want unauthorized aliens to be able stay here and work here forever. and even be put on a pathway to U.S. citizenship. The truth is by either ending deportation laws and/or by granting amnesty, legal status and U.S. citizenship to foreigners who violate our labor, tax, identity theft, and immigration laws, America become the first ‘open borders’ nation in history….or really no nation at all.

The U.S is molded into being like the European Union model, for sure someone is behind this movement, first NAFTA and etc. American citizens losing jobs to foreigners, even illegal ones 🙁

I have news for you………. you have been living in a different country BUT the US………..

Now not only being here illegally will not get you deported, but repeatedly ignoring court orders will not get you deported either. This administration is abandoning the rule of law, piece by piece.

Just to add further, this is the exact reason the GOP should not be giving in on “reform”. Because this president will do what he wants, and that is going to become obvious. The Republicans should not give him an out on this matter, which is what he wants. He declares he doesn’t have the power to do something and then does it anyway. Let him take the heat.

Leland come on really! be a real 1st world country citizen and American……….you guys blame Obama when he can only do so much and he is only one man where the rest decides whatever he does as per say Boehner……..

A question for you……………………so your party the GOP, the party of NO, full of Apes….because really they do not care about The People BUT Their People AT LEAST would have come up with fixing Obamacare/Romneycare or Immigration…..NO……they r OBSOLETE…..I am no longer a REpublican.

        • avatar

I am “blaming” him for not ENFORCING OUR LAWS. What is it about that you don’t get. I don’t think anyone should be joining him in his effort to allow illegals to stay with NO consequences. What other country does that? And I am not a Republican.

          • avatar

I’m with you Leland. Obama and his clan are picking and choosing which laws to enforce at a whim. That is not on Congress, sorry John Perot!

It is simpler than that…what JP says is true……………………..the GOP could have really fixed Romney Care AKA Obamacare….by instead trying to shoot it down 41 times and 41 times to making it non-mandatory,etc,etc……………AND do something about the Immigration Reform INSTEAD of doing NOTHING!!……………this is a problem where EVERBODY is at fault Democrats, Republicans, Independent and The People….if you do not understand this or whoever does not….he/she is by all means not an American.

    The Deportation Cooked Book Numbers

Also remind me of the open border distractions giving like a very small percentage [0.5% or less?] of the American college students that are IAs in-state tuition…..its like a magician slight of hand…..meanwhile they clog the scarce opennings with “double out-of-state tuition green card foreigners” in the area of 30-40% of American college opportunities and push the acceptance GPAs way up with falsified transcripts from their foreign countries. Are America’s colleges really American anymore?

I’m beginning to think that someone is behind this movement of a European Union model style being done in the U.S with Canada and Mexico as open borders starting from NAFTA and etc. Seems to me that the U.S is not a sovereign country anymore. The U.S is so flooded with Mexicans now that jobs for American citizens are mostly given to Mexicans now in the field of non-proffesional jobs. I am not a racist, but it makes me sad see and hear Mexicans being racist against white Americans and even to African Americans now, they even brag that they will dominate the U.S which of course is happening already and the majority of American people don’t see that and the government is not doing anything about it. 🙁
