IRLI Files Amicus Brief in Fifth Circuit Challenging Obama’s Executive Action

“The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), along with the Federation for American Immigration Reform, The Remembrance Project (an organization commemorating the lives lost due to illegal alien-crime), and the National Sheriffs’ Association (a professional group made up of thousands of sheriffs, deputies, other law enforcement, public safety professionals, and concerned citizens nationwide), filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in support of the twenty-six states that sued to stop the Obama Administration’s latest unlawful executive action,” notes a press release from IRLI.
