Under the Constitution setting immigration policy is the responsibility of Congress. And that has been respected until the Obama administration. He has turned that practice on its head by administering his own policy. Myriad of examples of the Obama administration usurping authority over immigration policy exist, with the assertion of virtually unlimited ‘prosecutorial discretion” – that exempts most illegal aliens from deportation – heading the list. He has told the State Department to issue more tourist visas to travelers from China and Brazil and has created a new program for Central American youth with family members here to be admitted on waivers of ineligibility or under an expansive interpretation of refugee status. Those are just a few examples.
Another program that is less recognized, was created in 2014 to benefit Haitians. The Haitian Family Reunification Parole (HREF) program was set up to allow Haitians who were on a waiting list for a family-sponsored immigrant visa to come to the United States on a waiver of ineligibility to reside here with a work permit. The Haitian has to be within two years of becoming eligible for the visa, but the program meant that an additional two-year’s worth of Haitian immigrants could come right away.
This HREF program is ongoing. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on June 6, 2016 that the third round of “invitations” to get early visas has now been released.
It might seem that cutting the waiting list shorter by two years is not a big deal, but the president’s action shows that in administering his own immigration policy he could just as easily shorten the visa waiting lists even further or open up this accelerated visa program to whatever other country he wants to benefit.

I Read a Book About Haiti Recently
The island nation was discovered by Christopher Columbus and his family inherited the island as payment from Spain. They moved there to get away from the Inquisition attacks on Jews…..since Christopher Columbus’ name is even unclear in history and so is his picture and Impersonatos [Jews pretending to be Christians] really finance Columbus? Columbus was really a Jew? History has no credible answers.

Figures were just released that show immigration up sharply in 2013/14. Shouldn’t our economy be roaring along? Isn’t that always the claim, that immigration strengthens our economy? The fact is that we need at least 150,000 jobs created per month just to keep up with immigration driven population growth. In May 38,000 jobs were created, the worst figures in 6 years.
Just as important, the number of “involuntary part time” workers grew 468,000 to 6.4 million. What does that term mean? It’s people who want full time work but can’t find it. Business loves this because unless workers work a certain amount of hours, they don’t have to pay benefits.
Just another example of how business benefits from a never ending flow of foreign workers, same pattern repeated over the last 30 years. Any working person who continues to support candidates that want to keep up mass immigration, is, to put it mildly, a fool. You’re helping the big corporations keep you in near poverty.

Millenials are forced to live on tiny $10.92/hr avg paychecks and 28 hour weeks with no medical coverage [except the JOKE ACA]. Who can afford child care on puny NWO pay, even two incomes?
That;s why most are living with parents. And millenials in general won’t say a word about limiting immigration. Just like most “environmentalists” attack those wanting to slow immigration to protect the environment. Essentially, the nation that carved a country out of wilderness now cowers before those who point the finger and cry racism when you point out the obvious.
I read a story in the news about a seventeen-year-old girl in Pakistan who was just set on fire and burned to death by her Muslim mother for going against her family’s wishes and trying to marry someone they didn’t approve of. There are around one thousand so-called “honor killings” of women and girls each year in Muslim Pakistan.
A woman was set on fire last year in Pakistan for refusing to marry a man twice her age by his father. Why do American liberals want to bring people this primitive into this country when they are supposedly for women’s rights?
And two terrorists just went into a restaurant in Israel and shot people to death at point blank range. Do any American liberals out there who think Muslim immigration is wonderful recognize any patterns here?
But haven’t you heard? Hillary says it a religion of peace.
