The Impact of Mass Immigration on the Children of Immigrants



Steven A. Camarota of the Center for Immigration Studies recently published a thought-provoking study on the socio-economic status of the children of immigrants who came to the U.S. between the 70s and 90s. In the current context of unchecked low-skilled mass immigration, this study begs the question whether many descendants of immigrants are having trouble taking full advantage of the ‘American Dream.’
