President Joe Biden’s plan to cancel billions of dollars in student debt has run into a few legal snags, but New York City Mayor Eric Adams has a plan to help some people avoid incurring student debt in the first place. Those lucky people are 100 illegal migrants who found their way to the Big Apple – bused or flown there by the federal government, or governors of other states, or arrived of their own volition.
