Recently, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement action in Boston netted 370 violent foreign criminals. One might think that Gov. Maura Healy would be relieved — possibly even grateful — to have 370 foreign felons off the streets of her state’s largest city. Instead, she lashed out at Border Czar Tom Homan for his “fixation” on Boston.
