Three illegal aliens interrupted a public legislative meeting of the North Carolina House of Representatives on February 29 by shouting and waving placards. They wore T-shirts proclaiming themselves to be ‘Undocumented and Unafraid.’ Did they have reason to be unafraid of the U.S. immigration law that they were violating? They were showing disrespect for the state legislators at the meeting and the U.S. Congress that enacted the nation\u2019s immigration law.<\/p>\n

So, what was the result? It didn\u2019t take long to find out. Two days later immigration authorities were reported to have clarified that the three would not be deported<\/a> because they did not match the profile of the priority categories requiring deportation.
