\"President<\/a>With the Supreme Court taking up\u00a0Texas v. U.S.<\/em>, the multi-state challenge of Obama\u2019s amnesty program, immigration patriots and unbiased jurists are no doubt scratching their heads wondering,\u00a0how has Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor not been forced to recuse herself yet<\/em>?<\/p>\n

For over a decade, Justice Sotomayor served as a Board Member and Vice President of the open-borders legal advocate and long-time amnesty-activist, LatinoJustice. The Ford Foundation and Soros-funded group is at the forefront of efforts to advocate for DAPA\u2019s \u201clegality.\u201d It\u2019s\u00a0accused<\/a>\u00a0the Texas-led coalition of 26-states of discriminating against \u201cLatino families\u201d and trying to bring back Jim Crow and it\u2019s just submitted a brief in the\u00a0Texas<\/em>\u00a0case asking Sotomayor and the other justices of the court to find Obama\u2019s amnesty program constitutional. Judging by her past statements and connections with the organization, she won\u2019t need much prodding.<\/p>\n

According to open-borders activists, one \u201chonor\u201d Sotomayor\u2019s earned during her tenure on the court (which has been\u00a0far from stellar<\/a>), is her being the first justice ever to\u00a0use<\/a>\u00a0the term \u201cundocumented immigrant\u201d in a court opinion. As attorneys involved in immigration law know, \u201cillegal alien\u201d is the term that appears in our immigration statutes, regulations and case law. For any judge to refuse to recognize that it\u2019s an accurate and objective term, should raise serious questions about their fairness, impartiality and potential for bias.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
