In 2008, Intel, the computer chip maker, put its new employees through E-Verify and 12 percent were declared ineligible,” says David Bier at Forbes<\/a>.<\/p>\n “All these measures admit that the U.S. government does not believe it can create a system that stops illegal immigration at the border. Terry Branstad’s staff to interpret the impact of the rule on Iowa residents. He said they believe that while the federal government allows those who meet the criteria to stay in the country and work, it does not give them legal authorization to be in the country, which is required to obtain a driver’s license.”<\/p>\n “For the first time in five decades, Cubans will no longer need an “exit permit” to travel.
