Presidential aspirant Joe Biden promised<\/a> the nation that while he will not tear down any of the existing border wall now in place, he will not build one more foot of border wall and instead focus enforcement efforts on high-tech security and ports of entry. \u201cI\u2019m going to make sure that we have border protection, but it\u2019s going to be based on making sure that we use high-tech capacity to deal with it.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
