Throughout the 2020 election cycle, the integrity of our
election system was openly questioned by people across the political spectrum.
Among the reasons for this skepticism is evidence that significant numbers of
noncitizens and illegal aliens are on our voter rolls across the country.

Voting by noncitizens is expressly prohibited by law yet there is significant evidence that illegal aliens and noncitizens have voted in recent elections. To make matters worse, several jurisdictions allow noncitizens and illegal aliens to vote in local elections. Not only that, but it has been made extremely easy for them to vote due to a lack of documentation which confirms both identity and citizenship. A 2020 FAIR study estimates that approximately 1.75 million noncitizens vote every year, but that number could be as high as 3.1 million.

In the wake of the recent election, projected results are being disputed over suspected massive voter fraud. The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), partnering with the Voter Integrity Project, said it uncovered examples of noncitizens in jury pools in Charlotte, North Carolina dating all the way back to 2012. With a population of about 10.5 million people, North Carolina is becoming a key battleground state for presidential and congressional elections. Jury pools are created using Department of Motor Vehicles and voter registration data, therefore the presence of noncitizens and illegal aliens on jury pools suggests that the same would be true for the county’s voter rolls. In a three year period, 6,000 prospective jurors in one county notified the court that they were not U.S. citizens. How many more slip through the cracks or never identify themselves to the court?
