It has disputed the state\u2019s claim to have a major problem with illegal alien crime saying that alien crime in the state is not a problem. The administration\u2019s own data prove that to be false. <\/p>\n<p>Arizona has far and away the biggest problem with alien criminals in the country. Data by DHS\u2019s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) branch that show individuals taken into custody and removed by state show that there was nearly one  (0.95) alien removed per year per 1000 residents over the 32 months ICE\u2019s  Secure Communities program has been operating in the state.
