House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) is not shy about criticizing President Obama\u2019s tax reform proposal. \u201cIt\u2019s a raw deal and I think it\u2019s more crony capitalism,\u201d Ryan charged during a recent interview. (The Hill<\/a><\/i>, Aug. 1, 2013) \u201cThe president likes to pick winners and losers.
