The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/immigrationreform\/sets\/72157644679976110\/\">photos<\/a> demonstrate how U.S. Customs and Border Patrol resources and facilities are overwhelmed from the influx of illegal crossings in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/nation\/2014\/06\/10\/migrants-shipped-arizona-border\/10269915\/\">Rio Grande Valley in Texas.<\/a> Once apprehended, the illegal aliens are sent to <a href=\"http:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/arizona-rushes-supplies-migrant-kids-192257550.html\">Nogales, Arizona<\/a>, for processing and medical examinations.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-left: 100px;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/immigrationreform\/14197060878\/in\/set-72157644679976110\/player\/\" height=\"356\" width=\"475\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/katiepavlich\/2014\/06\/06\/exclusive-illegal-children-sleeping-in-cages-as-arizona-border-patrol-resources-continue-to-be-overwhelmed-n1848469\">Townhall.com<\/a> reports that the Nogales processing facility is also overrun. Women, children and teenagers \u2212primarily from Honduras, Guatemala or El Salvadore \u2013are housed in <a href=\"http:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/katiepavlich\/2014\/06\/06\/exclusive-illegal-children-sleeping-in-cages-as-arizona-border-patrol-resources-continue-to-be-overwhelmed-n1848469\">chain link cells<\/a> inside warehouses. Blankets are scarce, children are rotated through <a href=\"http:\/\/houston.cbslocal.com\/2014\/06\/09\/hundreds-of-illegal-immigrant-minors-sleeping-on-plastic-boards-rotating-through-4-showers-at-shelter\/\">four showers<\/a> and outside vendors have been contracted by Border Patrol to provide hot meals. Additionally, extra refrigerators and freezers, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2014\/06\/08\/arizona-sends-supplies-to-illegal-immigrant-children-dumped-in-warehouse\/\">showers and portable toilets<\/a> were brought in, and FEMA plans to transport leftover trailers from the <a href=\"http:\/\/townhall.com\/tipsheet\/katiepavlich\/2014\/06\/06\/exclusive-illegal-children-sleeping-in-cages-as-arizona-border-patrol-resources-continue-to-be-overwhelmed-n1848469\">2005 Hurricane Katrina<\/a> for extra shelter.\u00a0The federal government is also opening a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/latino\/too-many-too-fast-border-children-swamping-agents-n126751\">third processing facility<\/a> at Fort Sill Army Post in Lawton, Oklahoma, in addition to <a href=\"http:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/arizona-rushes-supplies-migrant-kids-192257550.html\">locations<\/a> in Ventura, California, and San Antonio, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>In the past eight months, more than 47,000 illegal alien minors have illegally entered the U.S. Under the Obama Administration, they have steadily increased as word has spread about Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and official policies to not enforce U.S. immigration laws. According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/latino\/too-many-too-fast-border-children-swamping-agents-n126751\">NBC News<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In previous years, 6,000 to 8,000 children a year crossed the border without an adult or guardian. But the numbers jumped in 2011 to about 13,525, then to 25,000 in 2012 and about 47,000 in 2013. This year they were expected to number 60,000 but may be as much as 90,000.<\/p>\n<p>Those estimates continue to rise.
