Despite the will of the American people and the immigration laws established by our elected officials, the Obama Administration is hard at work behind the scenes in pushing for amnesty for millions of illegal aliens. The Administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) recently sued the state of South Carolina for passing one of the toughest immigration enforcement laws in the country, and they are also harassing the state of Alabama<\/a> even after that state won a court decision to move ahead with its own tough immigration enforcement law. Additionally, At the urging of the open borders lobby, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in early 2011 began to implement formal measures to relax the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws through a series of memos<\/a> issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton.<\/p>\n
