Last month the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals handed the Obama administration a defeat, when it ruled that nearly all of Alabama\u2019s immigration enforcement law could go into effect. Rather than graciously accept the court\u2019s decision (in a lawsuit the administration itself initiated), the administration is using the Department of Justice (DOJ) to retaliate against Alabama. <\/p>\n
