Indeed they did. Here&#8217;s what they said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Indiana<\/strong>, Senator Joe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.donnelly.senate.gov\/newsroom\/press\/donnelly-statement-on-president-obamas-expected-executive-actions-on-immigration\" target=\"_blank\">Donnelly<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;I am as frustrated as anyone that Congress is not doing its job, but the president shouldn&#8217;t make such significant policy changes on his own.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maine<\/strong>, Senator Angus <a href=\"http:\/\/www.npr.org\/2014\/11\/19\/365271507\/sen-angus-king-executive-action-on-immigration-could-backfire\" target=\"_blank\">King<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;I also frankly am concerned about the constitutional separation of powers. You know, the Constitution says that the Congress makes the law and the president executes it. It&#8217;s a very clear division. The Framers knew what they were doing and it doesn&#8217;t say if the president gets frustrated and Congress doesn&#8217;t act, he gets to do, you know, what he thinks is important for the country.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Virginia<\/strong>, Senator Mark <a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/blog-briefing-room\/news\/216948-dem-senator-obama-made-right-decision-to-delay-immigration-move\" target=\"_blank\">Warner<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;big issue like immigration, the best way to get a comprehensive solution is to take this through the legislative process.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Missouri<\/strong>, Senator Claire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ozarksfirst.com\/story\/d\/story\/lawmakers-oppose-obamas-immigration-action\/33039\/Fo4F2-gbVEeZtAQl6rSOXA\" target=\"_blank\">McCaskill<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;Our immigration system is broken, and I support a comprehensive plan to fix it, but executive orders aren&#8217;t the way to do it.&#8221; She <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2014\/11\/20\/us-usa-immigration-democrats-idUSKCN0J404220141120\" target=\"_blank\">continued<\/a>, &#8220;I have to be honest, how this is coming about makes me uncomfortable, I think it probably makes most Missourians uncomfortable.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Montana<\/strong>, Senator Jon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2014\/11\/20\/us-usa-immigration-democrats-idUSKCN0J404220141120\" target=\"_blank\">Tester<\/a> &#8211; \u00a0&#8220;I would prefer that Congress act, yes.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>North Dakota<\/strong>, Senator Heidi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2014\/11\/obama-immigration-democratic-support-113071.html#ixzz3KfQ0uVuU\" target=\"_blank\">Heitkamp<\/a> &#8211; It&#8217;s Congress&#8217; job to pass legislation and deal with issues of this magnitude.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>West Virginia<\/strong>, Senator Joe <a href=\"http:\/\/wvmetronews.com\/2014\/11\/20\/obama-announces-amnesty-plan-wv-reps-react\/\" target=\"_blank\">Manchin<\/a> &#8211; I disagree with the President&#8217;s decision to use executive action to make changes to our immigration system&#8230;&#8221; He <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2014\/11\/20\/us-usa-immigration-democrats-idUSKCN0J404220141120\" target=\"_blank\">continued<\/a>, &#8220;I wish he wouldn&#8217;t do it.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Unfortunately, now all of the Senators have changed their tune. Despite claiming to disagree with executive amnesty in November, just yesterday these Senators joined others in sending a letter to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell demanding that the Senate pass a &#8220;clean&#8221; Homeland Security funding bill, one that does not limit the President&#8217;s ability to exercise &#8220;prosecutorial discretion&#8221; in immigration matters. In reality, that means a bill that fully funds President Obama&#8217;s amnesty programs!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has announced that he will bring the Homeland Security funding bill to the floor any day. There is no time to waste! Call your Senator&#8217;s office and tell him that there is no such thing as a &#8220;clean&#8221; funding bill for the Department of Homeland Security. Supporting President Obama&#8217;s executive amnesty is unacceptable, and that hard-working, taxpaying Americans deserve better than another amnesty and the dismantling of immigration enforcement!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tell these Senators the people of your state deserve better. Tell them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are disappointed that they signed the letter. You also remember that they voted for S. 744, the mass amnesty bill of 2013.<\/li>\n<li>There is no such thing as a &#8220;clean&#8221; DHS bill.
