<\/a>Before McConnell and Reid struck a deal in the Senate yesterday<\/a>,<\/span><\/span> the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing entitled, \u201cThe Unconstitutionality of Obama\u2019s Executive Actions on Immigration.\u201d The witnesses who testified were Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt (who is part of the 26 state lawsuit<\/a>); Profs. Josh Blackman and Elizabeth Foley speaking against the president\u2019s action; and Prof. Stephen Legomsky who defended the executive amnesty.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
