These cases lead to the prosecution of the persons who enabled the fraud \u2013 often immigration lawyers. But, when was the last time you read about the U.S. government revoking citizenship or legal status and deporting the cheats? Perhaps DHS does apply the law to the beneficiaries of immigration fraud and just doesn\u2019t publicize the fact so as not to upset the illegal alien population.
