Philadelphia Prides Itself on Being a Sanctuary City, but Migrants Complain the City is Letting Them Down



Philadelphia promised that its schools would be a “welcoming sanctuary” for illegal aliens. However, as migrants pour into the City of Brotherly Love, they complain the city isn’t delivering the services and support they feel they were promised.
