200,000 Deportation Cases Thrown Out as Mayorkas’ DHS Fails to File Paperwork



According to a new report from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University, 200,000 deportation cases have been dismissed by Immigration Judges because the Department of Homeland Security, led by recently-impeached Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, failed to file a Notice to Appear.
