The Biden administration is authorizing completion of a U.S.-Mexico border wall near Yuma, Ariz., where four incomplete sections make it among the busiest corridors for illegal crossings. The timing of this announcement, five days before Arizona’s primary, is as insincere as the scheme itself. Wide-open spaces along the 1,254-mile-long Texas-Mexico border go un-addressed, while state officials have taken to building barriers on their own.
