Jack Martin, director of special projects for the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), talked about immigration reform. Topics included efforts to make it harder for illegal immigrants to obtain employment. In his remarks he cautioned that more liberal immigration policies could lead to overpopulation and dwindling resources. He responded to questions from the students at American University’s Public Affairs and Advocacy Institute.

Jack from your video…..thanks to immigrants we have a young population and therefore
we will survive: we will die without immigrants,,,,,,you need to learn what Amnesty means
and last we need CIR since 1969.
Yet you are against…………….interesting……..look at yourself,,,,,,,go to high schools, you will realize
you want a future that only belongs to our generation not to the future one,.,,,,,,
We simply need CIR like Canada and other powers do…..
Is Your name really Martin L. King?
I do hope its phoney. Just like your assumption that Marin Luther King Jr was PARANOID about overpopulation in America back in the 60s before he was assassinated for his beliefs.
A quote from the real King:
“Unlike plagues of the dark ages or contemporary diseases we do not understand, the modern plague of overpopulation is soluble by means we have discovered and with resources we posses. What is lacking is not sufficient knowledge of the solution but universal consciousness of the gravity of the problem and education of the billions who are its victim.”
Martin Luther King Jr.
Based On Your Audience I Agree With You That Overpopulation Immigration With “Could” Lead to Resource Shortages
But IMO, it already clearly has….. current fracking for energy to fuel overpopulation and clean well water are at odds with each otehr right now.
paranoia
Tell That to Duke University
“….Environmental advocates and the people who live and work on the land above the Marcellus Shale Formation in New York and Pennsylvania have long contended that fracking — also known as hydraulic fracturing, a controversial technique in which thousands of gallons of toxic liquids are injected deep into the earth to break up rock formations and free natural gas deposits trapped within — has hopelessly polluted the water there….”
